Gold in color with hints of emerald, which turn yellow with age. The aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine evolve over time to give more mineral notes with fine and beautiful wooded vanilla flavors . On the palate the magnitude is surprising. The richness is supported by an acid frame which ensures beautiful length and persistence. A great wine at the height of its reputation!

The delicacy of this wine combines perfectly with foie gras, noble shellfish such as lobster, crab. Poultry and veal in white sauce also pair well. Cheeses with a light taste (Camembert, Brie, Blue cheese, Goat cheese, Gruyere...).
